1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mentora you accept these terms. Mentora is offered as a closed alpha and features may change. The service is intended for adults.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in credentials secure. Activity performed with your account is treated as yours. Report any unauthorized access to support immediately.
3. Subscriptions and payment
During alpha, payment is available only through web checkout for Iran. The final price is displayed before you confirm. Managed-AI credits are purchasable by active subscribers only, and each generation's cost is disclosed before it runs.
4. AI-generated content
AI-generated courses are provided to support learning and may contain errors. You are responsible for how you use the content in sensitive contexts (medical, legal, financial).
5. Bring your own key (BYOK)
Registering a personal provider key is optional. You remain responsible for the provider's terms and costs. Mentora encrypts your key, never displays it back, and lets you delete it at any time.
6. Cancellation and service termination
You may cancel at any time; cloud access continues until the end of the paid period. Offline learning of installed courses remains yours forever. Premium cloud data is retained for six months after lapse.
