What we collect
To provide the service we keep account information (email and profile), subscription and credit status, your cloud courses and roadmaps, and technical records required for security. Offline learning stays on your device, and free accounts have no personal cloud storage.
Personal keys and AI data
A BYOK key is envelope-encrypted server-side immediately upon receipt, never returned or logged, and only a secure reference remains with you. BYOK prompts and outputs are excluded from quality sampling.
How we use data
Data is used only to provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Your data is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Premium cloud data is retained for six months after subscription lapse (subject to documented finance, security, and legal exceptions). You can request account and cloud data deletion from account settings.
Cookies and sessions
Sign-in uses secure HttpOnly cookie sessions. No long-lived credentials are stored in browser storage, and we run no third-party advertising trackers.
